Aims and objectives of the Organisation |
Nizarat Section, Collectorate, Kandhamal (a)Deals with transaction relating to pay and allowance, Relief account, Election account, M.I.T.H, L.I.T.H, and Loan. (b)Vehicle maintenance, Maintenance of Circuit House. (c)All kind of office contingences i.e. Telephone dues, Electric dues, water tax, and other contingencies. (d)Stock and store material of Collectorate building. (e)Saleable of village maps. (f)Forms and stationery and general correspondence. |

To ensure proper and transparent Financial Management of Collectorate and provide Hospitality to VIPs and State Guests. |

Brief history and background for its establishment |
The Nizarat Section consists of one Head Clerk-cum-Nazir, one Senior clerk, one Junior clerk, one Deputy Collector working as Nizarat Officer, to seen business of the Section as mentioned at item -1.There are two Peons, one Sweeper, one Night watcher working in this section. |

· All cash transaction of district office, · Maintenance of circuit house and treatment of State guests & VIPs · Accounts of monetary transactions, · Indent of forms and stationary, · Sale of village map, · Stock & store of articles & furniture · Account of Govt. vehicle of the Revenue Administration of the district. |

10.00 AM to 05.00 PM. (Lunch break from 13.30 to 14.00) on all working days except on summer time the timing is from 07.00 AM to 01.00 PM.. |

Public queries are dealt with very courteously by the staffs and officials. |

Grievance redressal mechanism |
A responsive grievance Redressal mechanism has been adopted. The Grievance Cell of the Collectorate & District Magistrate functions on every Saturday (except 2nd Saturday). To ensure the reach the cell the concerned authorities promptly attend to functions in different areas and the public grievances. |
